About Us

Jarmat Share Company was founded on July 14, 2023, by thirty visionary shareholders including seasoned bankers and university professionals. It began with a paid-up capital of 1.5 million birr and quickly raised its authorized capital to 20 million birr. The company operates in import-export, agro-industry, finance, wholesale trading, construction, and more.

The name “Jarmat”, meaning "Century Family" in Afan Oromo, reflects unity and long-term success. The tagline "ALL IN ONE" highlights the company’s commitment to integrated socio-economic development.
